Our pocket doula packages are designed for those who live further afield (we are in Bristol & North Somerset) or who aren’t looking for the physical support of a doula. We can assist you through your fertility journey, pregnancy, birth & postnatal period.

Fertility support
An initial 2 hour online consultation to discuss your experience, feelings, fears & dreams
A personalised care package sent to you in the post
Continuous & ongoing whatsapp support for you & you partner when you need for a 12 week period (renewable)
3 x monthly zoom calls to check in with you and how you’re feeling
Access to recipes, information and resources
Exercises for mindset
A personalised relaxation MP3 to build into your mindful practice
Pregnancy support
An initial 1 hour online consultation to discuss your experience, feelings, fears & dreams
Exclusive discount code to be redeemed against the NBC workshops
Whatsapp support from 2 doulas when you need during pregnancy for an 8 week period (renewable if required)
1 further 1 hour zoom call to discuss anything that may be helpful
Access to exclusive resources
Virtual attendance at antenatal appointments can be arranged if required at an additional cost
Birth Support
We go on call for you (virtually) 10 days before your estimated due date until 2 weeks post birth. During this time we are available to provide support over the phone, by text or on facetime 24/7 for when your baby decides they’re coming!
1 x 1 hour zoom call post birth to discuss & process your birth experience & be on hand for any questions or queries about your new baby
